Job Summary: Provides comprehensive support to Operations Management, focusing on information traceability, KPI compliance, operational efficiency, and decision-making support. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of commercial and logistics data Provide comprehensive support to Operations Management. This position is oriented toward ensuring information traceability, KPI compliance, operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making through performance reports, expense control, and analysis of commercial and logistics data. Main Responsibilities Daily submission of the updated quotation sheet. Preparation, updating, and management of price lists by brand, product line, and category. Analysis of product, brand, and salesperson movement, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. Identification of non-rotating or low-demand products for review of commercial strategies. Preparation of sales reports (by salesperson, brand, and product line), as well as tracking of quotations versus closures. Analysis of quoted but unsold SKUs and proposal of actions to improve conversion. Market research and import analysis (using Veritrade). Support in supervising commercial performance and proposing management indicators. Calculation of commissions and commercial incentives. Preparation and management of operational cost reports (fuel, direct expenses vs. billing and service deliveries). Monitoring of purchase order processing times, cancelled waybills, and credit notes. Monitoring of routes, transport units, and tracking of scheduling versus execution. Maintenance and cleansing of system data (codes and descriptions in Starsoft). Support in inventory planning and control. Support in warehouse, transportation, and operations supervision. Support in the import logistics process. Preparation of periodic reports for management (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). Analysis of sales, cost, and operational expense trends. Support in report automation and KPI standardization. Management and updating of information and report historical records.
