Operations Control Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering with analytical skills to support operational control and information management. Student or recent graduate in related fields Location: Chacarilla, Santiago de Surco Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Generate liquid guides. Prepare shrinkage reports. Record time sheets and track drivers' working hours. Monitor and control drivers. Prepare and update purchase and sales reports. Monitor departmental KPIs. Manage product stock levels. Consolidate information (NC, NB, and other reports). Review and update dashboards. Register information in the SIGE system. Load and update data in Power BI. Perform data cross-checks with the Accounting department for reconciliations. Support operational activities such as rod assembly and supply control. Requirements: Student in final semesters or recent graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory).
