Position Summary: Operations and Fuel Supply Coordinator to lead the comprehensive management of fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, ensuring operational continuity and resource optimization. Supervises and evaluates the driver team We are a leading company in the hydrocarbons sector with a strong market track record, and we are currently seeking top talent for the position of: · OPERATIONS AND FUEL SUPPLY COORDINATOR · Lead the comprehensive management of the group's fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, ensuring operational continuity, resource optimization, and compliance with current legal regulations. · Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule fuel supply and distribution to service station networks and direct customers. Negotiate and coordinate fuel purchases with retail distributors, aligning with established targets. Monitor fuel transportation and distribution to customers. Develop and control the department's operating budget. Manage the department's petty cash fund. Control truck and driver documentation (licenses, insurance policies, DGH, among others). Prepare and submit management indicators (KPIs) and reports requested by management. Organize, supervise, and evaluate the driver team. Manage monthly work schedules and staff incentives. Coordinate with Human Resources on disciplinary measures and improvement actions. Requirements University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Courses or training in operational management, logistics, supply chain, administrative control, leadership, or personnel management.
