




Position Summary: Provide administrative support to meet departmental needs by addressing logistical and administrative requirements that impact operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to the Operations Supervisor in explosive reconciliation. 2. Updating loading plan drawings and field quality control. 3. Inventory management and support in staff training. Position Objective: Provide administrative support to meet departmental needs by addressing logistical and administrative requirements impacting operations, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Main Responsibilities: Provide support to the Operations Supervisor in the explosive reconciliation process for blasting projects. Update drill loading plan drawings, ensuring information accuracy and alignment with blast design. Conduct field quality control activities (stemming / densities). Support review of signage in blasting projects. Manage and maintain up-to-date inventory for the mine operations warehouse. Support management of various training programs provided by Enaex to operations personnel. Provide support for equipment transfer to operations by managing required documentation. Support administrative processes related to operations personnel. Participate in training and execution of operational tasks and electronic initiation systems. Other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Requirements: Availability to work in Áncash. Availability to work under the mining 10x10 work regime. No prior professional internship experience. Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related fields. Intermediate Office skills. Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement. Knowledge of blasting design software.
