Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Manager to plan and control the execution of mine planning processes, optimizing resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead planning and control of mining processes 2. Optimize resources in mine planning 3. Evaluate mining productivity and analyze KPIs Planning Manager sought: Requirements: Bachelor's degree, licensed and registered professional in Mining Engineering (Mandatory) Technical knowledge in short-, medium-, and long-term mining planning; design and management of drilling and blasting patterns; evaluation of mining productivity and KPI analysis; mining planning software (Vulcan, Deswik, Datamine, MineSight). Minimum 5 years of experience. Main Responsibilities: Plan and control the execution of processes related to mine planning, ensuring achievement of operational objectives and optimizing resource utilization.
