Support the preparation and updating of basic reports and area indicators, under team validation. Apply area-specific tools and technologies (version control, programming languages, digital platforms) to assigned tasks, adhering to team standards. Perform support tasks in digital solution development, testing, and support under supervision, without impacting critical environments. Support functional testing (QA), incident logging, and preparation of test evidence. Collaborate in documenting processes, manuals, and changes related to the area's digital solutions. Identify and propose process and procedure improvements, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement. Provide controlled basic user support, escalating incidents to the appropriate team. Carry out assigned activities within the training plan, oriented toward developing technical competencies. Contribute to compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental (SSOMA) practices. Comply with the SIG Policy and guidelines of the Integrated Management System. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and all applicable corporate regulations. · Requirements: Graduate and/or bachelor's degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. (Must provide graduation certificate/proof) Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, C#, .NET, and React. Knowledge of SQL and functional testing (QA). Desirable experience in software development, web applications, or programming projects (academic level or prior internships). Basic or Intermediate English proficiency.
