




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical or university graduate with experience in customer service, document management, and administrative coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word). SAP user-level proficiency. Customer service. FUNCTIONS Customer Service and Reception Receive and welcome visitors, suppliers, and customers. Guide and direct visitors to the appropriate departments. Document and Correspondence Management Receive, sort, and distribute documents, invoices, packages, and correspondence for: Lima Gas, Limagas Natural, Eva Energy. Register incoming documentation. Prepare and coordinate envelope and package shipments via courier companies. Administrative Coordination Coordinate transportation for staff as required. Plan and manage parking access for managers, supervisors, and visitors. Manage meeting room reservations in Outlook and ensure proper operational readiness. Incident and Customer Management Record customer complaints or claims that have not been addressed. Refer cases to the appropriate departments and perform basic follow-up. Operational and Logistical Support Maintain order and presentation in the reception area.
