




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates the shift team, ensuring achievement of production targets, equipment availability, and monitoring progress of mining activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of teams in mining operations. 2. Production control and resource assurance. 3. Operational problem resolution and report preparation. At GMI - Gestión Minera Integral, a company dedicated to providing mining management and operational services, we are seeking: SHIFT SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the mine shift work team. - Assign production and maintenance tasks to shift personnel. - Monitor compliance with shift production targets. - Ensure equipment and resource availability for operations. - Monitor progress of mining activities and mineral quality. - Maintain communication with the Operations Engineer and other Shift Supervisors. - Resolve operational issues arising during the shift. - Prepare production, safety, and shift event reports. Requirements: - Licensed and registered Mining Engineer or Metallurgical Engineer. - Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanized mining and shotcrete-based ground support. Conditions: - Availability to work in the central region under a 14-days-on/7-days-off work regime. - Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. - Transportation service provided from strategic locations for staff entry and exit. - Full accommodation and meals provided at the mining unit. · At GMI, discrimination is prohibited in accordance with Law No. 29973.
