We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for PERUPETRO S.A. in an on-site role. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and managing Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) operations at our facilities. Your role involves ensuring all activities comply with established regulations and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Among your primary responsibilities are direct supervision of the SSOMA team, implementation of occupational risk prevention programs, conducting safety audits and assessments, and maintaining required records and documentation. Additionally, you must collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration of SSOMA practices across all operations. Prior experience in similar roles, with a focus on SSOMA management in industrial settings, is required. You must possess leadership and effective communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to solve problems and make critical decisions during emergencies.
