Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a machinery design and manufacturing company to support comprehensive material management and maintain warehouse order. Key Highlights: 1. Across all our operations, we guarantee comprehensive safety, customer loyalty, and employee well-being. Main Responsibilities: Receive materials, supplies, and finished products. Record incoming and outgoing items in Business Central (ERP) system. Issue electronic shipping guides. Assist with loading, unloading, and verifying the condition of materials. Conduct cyclic inventories and report discrepancies. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. Move materials using stackers or other handling equipment (if applicable). WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Completed secondary education or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. 1.5 years of experience in warehouse processes. Experience in receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Basic computer and IT knowledge. Experience in metal-mechanical, construction, or related sectors (preferred). Availability to work on-site in Lurin. We Offer: Full payroll registration from day one.
