Management of database and commercial opportunities **COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE** At **NEIZA PROYECTOS**, we are looking for an Account Executive focused on **acquiring new clients** for architecture, design, and implementation projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in sales or business development (minimum 1 year). * Proficiency in cold prospecting (calls, visits, networking). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and contact potential new clients. * Schedule commercial meetings and service presentations. * Prepare proposals and follow up until closure. * Manage database and commercial opportunities. **We Value:** * Experience in construction, architecture, or services sectors. * Contact network (companies, real estate agencies, businesses). Conditions * **Work Mode:** On-site – Lima. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:30 am – 5:30 pm** * Saturday: **8:00 am – 1:00 pm** * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Salary:** Based on experience. .
