Manage commercial, operational, and satisfaction indicators We are currently recruiting talent for the position of Agreement Manager \- Chimbote Branch; learn more about this employment opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** To place agreement-based loans efficiently while meeting expected commercial objectives and achieving high customer satisfaction, thereby increasing client base and portfolio profitability in the region. **What will be your key responsibilities?** \- Identify customer needs and offer them agreement-based loans. \- Manage the commercial, operational, and satisfaction indicators established by the Bank. **What are we looking for?** \- Completed technical studies in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. \- One year of experience in selling intangible products. \- Six months of experience with agreement-based loan products is desirable. \- Basic proficiency in MS Office. \- Knowledge of credit system evaluations. **What do we offer?** \- Base salary \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions. \- Formal employment with statutory benefits. \- Food subsidy.
