




Job Summary: We are seeking a digital sales professional to manage WhatsApp messages, identify medical needs, communicate treatment benefits, and close sales—applying consultative techniques and proactive follow-up. Main Responsibilities * Respond promptly and empathetically to incoming WhatsApp messages. * Identify patient needs and present personalized medical solutions. * Clearly communicate the benefits and outcomes of offered treatments. * Persuade patients to schedule a medical appointment or purchase a procedure. * Apply consultative sales techniques and objection handling. * Conduct proactive follow-up with interested patients until sale closure. * Create a sense of urgency using ethical strategies (limited slots, exclusive promotions, etc.). * Maintain an updated medical schedule with confirmed appointments and ongoing follow-ups. * Achieve monthly targets for appointment bookings and scheduled procedures. * Participate in team meetings to share learnings and improve commercial pitch. **Requirements** * Technical or university education in sales, marketing, administration, health, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in digital channel sales (WhatsApp, social media, CRM). * Preferred experience in clinics, aesthetic centers, or private healthcare services. Knowledge: * Sales and closing techniques * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Woztell, or other digital tracking tools. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of high-ticket medical or aesthetic treatments.
