Join Grupo Neiza! We are looking for a creative, proactive, and initiative-driven Audiovisual Communicator to plan, produce, and edit audiovisual and graphic content for our brands and projects. Responsibilities: * Propose innovative ideas for social media, campaigns, and product launches. * Plan content in coordination with the marketing team. * Record and edit reels, stories, posts, advertisements, interviews, and corporate videos. * Capture photographs and videos of projects, constructions, products, events, and services. * Develop scripts, concepts, and storytelling for audiovisual content. * Design and edit graphic assets, presentations, and promotional materials. * Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Identify trends and emerging formats to enhance our brands’ reach and positioning. * Properly organize and back up produced audiovisual material. Requirements: * Graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * Experience creating content for social media. * Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * Familiarity with Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, and AI-powered tools. * Experience operating photographic and video cameras. * Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and sound. * Understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and social media formats. * Creativity, initiative, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Portfolio of audiovisual work required. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience creating content for architecture, construction, interior design, technology, or events. * Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and drone operation. * Availability to conduct on-site recordings for projects across various locations in Lima.
