Position Summary: We are seeking a creative Audiovisual Designer to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual content production for our chain of rotisserie chicken restaurants, with a focus on brand identity and business objectives. Development of scripts and creative concepts for brand positioning We are ***RIKOTON CHICKEN***, a prominent rotisserie chicken restaurant chain with over 20 years of experience specializing in grilled chicken and barbecue, currently seeking an **AUDIOVISUAL DESIGNER** who meets the following profile: **NOTE**: ***This position is for the administrative office.*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in graphic design and/or audiovisual content production for the gastronomic industry **(Desirable).** * Experience in audiovisual production, field recording, and content coverage. * Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting, and recording equipment for commercial and corporate content. * Mastery of video editing and post-production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). * Ability to perform video editing, color correction, audio adjustment, and integration of graphics, text, and visual effects. * Experience creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms). * Skill in developing scripts, creative concepts, and audiovisual proposals aligned with business and marketing objectives. * Efficient organization and management of recording, editing, and project delivery schedules. * Ability to collaborate within teams and coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and Operations departments. * Knowledge of audiovisual material storage, classification, and archiving for future campaigns. * Creativity, proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM \- 6:30 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual production at points of sale, including recordings of facilities, operational processes, product preparation, customer service, and other commercial activities. * Perform editing and post-production of audiovisual content, ensuring proper integration of image, sound, graphics, animations, text, and visual elements aligned with brand identity. * Adapt and optimize audiovisual assets for various communication channels, such as social media, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and internal displays. * Develop scripts, creative concepts, and audiovisual proposals that contribute to brand positioning and achievement of business and marketing objectives. * Coordinate recording, production, and content delivery schedules jointly with Marketing, Communications, and Operations departments. * Ensure compliance with corporate image guidelines, visual identity standards, and quality benchmarks across all audiovisual productions. * Manage, organize, and archive raw and edited audiovisual material, maintaining an orderly digital archive accessible for future campaigns or company requirements. * Propose new trends, formats, and audiovisual strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand positioning within the organization. **COMPETENCIES** * Creativity and innovation * Assertive communication * Organization and planning * Teamwork **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one with statutory benefits (MYPE) * Excellent work environment * Job stability * Salary range: 1300 \- 1500 **(based on work experience)** ***If you meet the requirements, do not hesitate to apply.
