What do we offer? * Dynamic, collaborative, and respectful work environment. * Real opportunities for professional development. * A team that values innovation, new ideas, and continuous improvement. * Timely payments. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Advertising and institutional design:** Creating graphic assets, banners, and attractive images to promote our academic offerings on social media and digital channels. * **Educational audiovisual content:** Producing and editing dynamic and interactive videos (Reels, TikToks, video lessons, and tutorials for our students). * **Digital advertising (lead generation):** Supporting the management, segmentation, and ongoing monitoring of digital advertising campaigns focused on engaging and acquiring new students. * **AI in education:** Implementing and optimizing Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline copywriting, generate content ideas, and optimize creative processes. * **Academic certification management:** Organizing, finalizing the design of, and printing official certificates and diplomas delivered to our students upon completion of their programs. * **Performance analysis:** Ongoing monitoring and reporting of our social media or digital channels. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Work modality:** Full availability to work **100% on-site in Lima**. * **Education:** Technical or university graduate in Graphic Design, Communication Sciences, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience performing design and video editing tasks. * **Key tools:** Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Suite: **Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, and Media Encoder**. * **Digital skills:** Basic office software (Word, Excel) and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design or copywriting. * **Soft skills:** Strong problem-solving ability, creative mindset, organizational skills for task monitoring, and great attention to detail. **Apply now and showcase your talent with the IFEEP team** Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
