At **Carga Compartida**, we are looking for a **CapCut Specialist** with a creative mindset and the ability to produce attractive, modern, and rhythmically engaging videos for social media. We seek someone who not only masters video editing but can also contribute visual ideas and participate in recordings. **Requirements** * Degree in **Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **social media video editing**. * Advanced proficiency in **CapCut Pro** (mandatory). * Creativity to add dynamism and professional style to reels, stories, and TikToks. * Knowledge of **iPhone, wireless microphones**, and preferably **Sony Alpha cameras**. * Comfort appearing **on camera for occasional assignments**. * Teamwork capability and agility to consistently deliver content. **Main Responsibilities** * **Edit and post-produce** high-quality short videos for social media. * Participate in **planning and recording** of audiovisual content. * Create **brief scripts** and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling. * Coordinate with the creative team to maintain brand **aesthetic consistency**. * Occasionally appear **on camera**, supporting scenes or clips requiring team presence. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Location:** Office in Surco (in-person). * **Salary:** S/1,600 – S/1,700\. * **Formal employment registration** after the third month, including statutory benefits. **Benefits** * Creative and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for growth within a **rapidly expanding company**. * Stable employment and opportunity to develop new audiovisual skills.
