Position Summary: Pre-sales Engineer with experience in designing and presenting technical solutions for communications, structured cabling, and data centers, responsible for analyzing requirements and preparing proposals. Preparation of technical-commercial proposals and budgets **Pre-sales Engineer / Project Engineer (With experience in structured cabling and communications)** **Position Profile** Pre-sales Engineer with experience in designing and presenting technical solutions for communication equipment, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure conditioning. **Responsibilities** * Analyze diverse requirements and needs of public and private sector clients. * Design customized solutions tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring efficient integration with other technological infrastructure systems. * Prepare and develop technical-commercial proposals for the various solutions to be offered. * Prepare budgets and quotations according to client needs, ensuring the profitability of the proposed solution. * Develop proposals based on technical documentation required for public and private tenders. * Ability to interact with clients, deliver presentations, and support technical and commercial proposals. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals are presented in alignment with client needs and company capabilities. **Requirements** Education * Bachelor's degree or university diploma in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training in structured cabling, networking, telecommunications, and/or data center solutions. Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales of structured cabling and communication equipment solutions. * Experience preparing technical, commercial, and budgetary proposals and/or quotations for various public and private sector clients. * Pre-sales Engineer / Project Engineer **(Proven experience in this role is mandatory)** Technical Knowledge * Knowledge of standards for structured cabling and data centers, as well as other applicable regulations. * Knowledge of various networking and network equipment solutions (switches, servers, wireless solutions, firewalls). * Experience with design and planning tools such as Visio, simulation software, Project, etc. * Familiarity with accessing partner portals of various manufacturers and suppliers. * Preferably, certifications from structured cabling and communication equipment brands. Communication Skills * Ability to prepare proposal presentations aligned with client needs, clearly explaining them to various stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing proposal documentation.
