We are looking for a: **CLIENT EXPERIENCE METRICS INTERNSHIP** You will participate in innovation, digital payments, and technological evolution projects alongside leaders and diverse teams. Additionally, you’ll collaborate in an environment where your ideas and knowledge generate impact and innovation happens every day. **What will be your challenge?** · * Process and keep updated the organization’s key transactional indicators. * Perform data modeling in SQL (based on the above), aiming for sustainable and automatable data updates over time. * Build correlation models enabling us to identify and prioritize operational KPIs with the greatest impact on experience. * Conduct analyses to diagnose root causes of pain points having the greatest impact on the Customer Journey. * Gather and/or develop new customer-centric metrics to monitor various touchpoints and moments across the Customer Journey. * Perform analyses to calculate the impact and ROI that marketing campaigns and events have on the organization. **What we’re looking for:** A winning mindset, passion for innovation and technology.
