For this reason, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OMNICHANNEL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** **What qualifications do you need to apply?** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Knowledge of commercial management, sales KPIs, marketing, and omnichannel management. * Experience in both digital and physical sales channels. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Lead omnichannel commercial management (virtual and physical channels). * Implement necessary processes to manage department operations. * Manage performance across sales channels (e-commerce, delivery, physical stores). * Supervise service standards across all channels. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-ups on activities across each sales channel. * Drive commercial development and brand growth. * Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns. * Develop the commercial team. * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations. **What benefits do we offer?** * Salary: S/. 2300 (payroll under microenterprise regime) * SIS + 15 days of vacation * Transportation allowance contingent upon attendance: S/200 * Fixed rest days on public holidays * 50% bonus payment in July and December * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Discount on purchases at any of our locations.
