At **Odoshop**, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented **Commercial Supervisor** to lead and supervise our sales team across various brand retail locations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and support promotional staff at retail locations. * Monitor and report daily and monthly sales. * Manage recruitment and selection of new sales personnel. * Plan and coordinate training for the team. * Ensure achievement of commercial objectives. * Maintain ongoing communication with management to propose improvements and strategies. **Requirements** * Completed technical or university education (Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields). * Minimum **2 years of experience supervising sales teams** (retail or similar). * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain a results-oriented focus. * Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting. * Willingness to travel between different retail locations. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary \+ commissions based on goal attainment. * MYPE payroll benefits. * Positive work environment and continuous training opportunities.
