Purpose of the position** Support the implementation of the La Granja exploration project’s communications strategy, coordinating with Social and Environmental teams, maintaining fluid relationships with territorial stakeholders, and managing internal site communications. The role includes direct coordination with social media providers, communications agencies, and external teams conducting perception studies. **2\. Main responsibilities** **A. External communications and stakeholder engagement** * Develop key content and messages for local and regional media. * Directly coordinate with **social media management** providers (content planning, scheduling, reporting, campaigns). * Supervise implementation of digital assets, videos, graphics, and posts produced by external providers. * Monitor and support perception studies, surveys, and qualitative monitoring conducted by specialized consulting firms; facilitate fieldwork in the territory as required. * Manage regional media monitoring (Cajamarca and Lambayeque) and prepare alerts and reports. * Attend meetings with authorities, social organizations, and local leaders, aligning messaging with the Social team. **B. Support for community engagement and EIA** * Prepare informational materials for workshops, EIA meetings, and participatory activities. * Support community communications regarding stages and progress of the environmental study. * Participate in field activities such as baseline studies and informative workshops, articulating clear and accessible messages. **C. Internal communications at site** * Administer internal camp channels (newsletters, bulletin boards, notices, activations). * Generate content reinforcing safety, compliance, and internal culture. * Coordinate internal events, campaigns, and announcements for site staff. **D. Content and documentation management** * Produce photographs, videos, records, and testimonials for internal and external use. * Update the document archive, stakeholder mapping, field reports, and activity logs. * Prepare corporate presentations and institutional materials for meetings and visits. **E.
