We are looking for a proactive, creative, and strategically focused Communicator to strengthen our presence in digital media, manage the image of our projects, and enhance our customers' experience. Main Responsibilities: * Develop communication strategies to position our real estate projects in digital and traditional media. * Create compelling content (texts, copywriting, video scripts, newsletters, press releases) aligned with the brand identity. * Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor content performance. * Support digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. * Write and review advertising materials, brochures, flyers, and corporate presentations. * Coordinate the production of graphic and audiovisual materials with designers and external providers. * Maintain consistency in brand tone and voice across all communication channels. * Manage public relations and presence at events related to the real estate sector. * Monitor market trends to generate relevant and timely content. ⸻ Requirements: * Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of graphic design and video editing (IMPORTANT). * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) (IMPORTANT). * Experience managing social media and content scheduling tools. * Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented. * Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector is desirable.
