Someone with initiative, empathy, and vision to drive activities and experiences that inspire hundreds of people using Notion to transform the way they work and collaborate. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and produce events and courses (virtual and in-person) for our community. * Collaborate with speakers, partners, and volunteers to ensure memorable experiences. * Create content for social media and outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp). * Support strategic planning of community projects and campaigns. * Participate in creative sessions to propose new ideas, partnerships, and formats. Profile we are looking for * Students or graduates in **Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or Communications**. * Skills in **organization, communication, and project leadership**. * Interest in technology, productivity, and tools like **Notion**. * Empathetic, creative, and collaborative attitude. Additional qualities we value * Experience in **communities, events, or digital marketing**. * Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Notion, and streaming platforms. * Eagerness to constantly learn and share knowledge.
