Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to advise and accelerate the growth of streamers and digital content creators by designing strategies and analyzing metrics on TikTok. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and recruit streamers and content creators. 2. Design and optimize digital communication strategies on TikTok. 3. Identify trends and generate growth opportunities. At **Andes Panda**, a digital entertainment agency, we provide comprehensive advisory services to content creators and serve as the official intermediary between the TikTok platform and its users. Our goal is to drive streamer growth by enhancing their live broadcasts and supporting their digital and professional development. **Main Responsibilities** * Contact, recruit, and advise streamers and content creators. * Design, manage, and optimize digital communication strategies on TikTok. * Analyze performance metrics to propose improvements. * Identify trends and convert them into growth opportunities for creators. * Establish strategic collaborations with streamers and support their development. * Assist in building and strengthening creators’ digital presence. **Requirements** * Final-year students or graduates in **Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields**. * Preferred: experience in customer service, sales, or digital community management. * Must reside in Lima and be available for in-person work in Miraflores. * Passion for the digital world, creativity, and strong communication skills. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,100.00 per month Application Question(s): * Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on the last two Saturdays of each month from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Salary is S/1200.00 + commissions Work Location: On-site employment
