Excellent work environment and a growing company At **Carga Compartida**, we are looking for a **CONTENT MANAGER** to strengthen our digital presence through dynamic and creative content creation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in social media management and audiovisual content creation. * Advanced proficiency in **CapCut Pro**. * Ability to produce fast, engaging content for Stories and Reels. * Comfort and confidence in front of the camera. * Creative writing skills and mastery of storytelling. * Proficiency with iPhone, wireless microphones, and (desirable) Sony Alpha camera. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and writing creative scripts for social media. * Quick recording and editing of content both in-office and on-location. * Consistent creation of Stories, Reels, and TikToks. * Social media management and monitoring. * Participation in brand image recordings. **Employment Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Work mode: On-site in Surco. * Salary: S/1600 – S/1700\. * Formal employment registration after the third month, including statutory benefits. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment. * Sustainably growing company.
