Join our team. \#CloroxIsThePlace **Your role at Clorox:** We are adding a CPFR Analyst to our team to ensure product availability in the Modern Trade Channel, leading collaborative planning with customers, demand analysis, and inventory management. This position will play a key role in optimizing supply, reducing stockouts and overstock, and continuously improving service metrics—contributing to sales growth and an enhanced consumer experience.**In this role, you will:** * Manage and optimize inventory levels for Modern Trade customers to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts and overstock. * Lead collaborative planning with customers, tracking forecasts, promotions, commercial events, and packaging changes. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Fill Rate, In Stock, DOH, among others), identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans. * Serve as the primary logistics contact point with customers, coordinating initiatives aimed at improving supply, service levels, and operational efficiency. * Participate in continuous improvement and supply chain optimization projects alongside internal teams and customers. * Generate performance analyses and reports to provide business visibility and support decision-making. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to optimize product assortment, coding, and point-of-sale availability. LI\#ONSITE **What we look for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * +1 year of experience in CPFR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, or Procurement roles within **consumer packaged goods companies.** * Experience in inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and performance indicator analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with ability to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems. * Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, logistics, and customer teams. **Are you passionate about working closely with customers, analyzing data, and driving impact across the supply chain?
