Job Summary: We are seeking recent university graduates for a customer service role via WhatsApp, focused on written communication, responsibility, and continuous learning. Key Highlights: 1. We seek recent university graduates (or in their final semester) for our **WhatsApp-based customer service team**, who are responsible, communicative, and eager to learn. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM * Saturdays are rotational. **Your Responsibilities:** * Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp. * Schedule delivery routes. * Prepare quotations. * Track orders. * Draft responses to inquiries and complaints. * Promote an excellent customer experience. **We Are Looking For:** * University students majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Responsible, communicative, and organized individuals. * Fast learners who can work effectively in teams. * Residents of Lince or nearby districts. **Compensation:** * Base salary + performance-based bonuses **Benefits:** * Training from day one. * Performance-based bonus system. * Minimum 6-month contract. **Important Note** Communication with our customers in this role is **100% written**.
