Build your career from day one with continuous training **Can you imagine learning from within a sports academy that trains not only athletes but also purpose-driven individuals?** This is your chance to grow in an educational, human-centered, and future-oriented environment. **Salary:** s/580.00 \- s/600.00 **Schedule: Monday to Saturday, either (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) or (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM)** **What will you do?** * Rotate across our core departments: sports advisory (sales), customer service via social media and phone calls, and operational coordination. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the sales and sports teams. * Register and update prospect and customer information in the CRM. * **You will learn teamwork, process leadership, and how a high-impact sports institution functions.** * Actively participate in events, classes, and key moments alongside students, coaches, and leaders. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in Administration, Marketing, Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Eagerness to learn, adapt, contribute, and grow. * Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, and a positive attitude. * Minimum (3 months) experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to build your career from the start. * Formal employment registration and additional bonuses. * Career development path. * Training programs. * Continuous training in management and leadership.
