In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your mission is to listen to their concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Join our family and take on the challenge! **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. * Excellent skills in effective communication, persuasion, and active listening. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities:** * Reception and analysis of the titling process. * Responsible for reporting and responding to purchase withdrawal requests. * In charge of all matters related to the physical and virtual complaint book. * Responsible for reporting on requests for assignment of rights. * Maintain up-to-date owner data. * Guidance on payments for installations, memberships, construction, among others. * Any other requirements necessary to achieve departmental objectives and/or those indicated by direct supervision. **Benefits:** * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Pleasant work environment, dynamic and collaborative work. * Fixed remuneration above market level. * Corporate benefits. * Formal payroll registration.
