Teamwork and proactivity **We are hiring 3 Digital Marketing Analysts!** *We require talent to support AMADOR Y RÍOS REAL ESTATE.* **On-site work availability required in Santiago de Surco \- CHACARILLA** **Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (ON-SITE).** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum Experience: 2 years in related roles. * Specific Sector: Experience in real estate companies. * Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, KPIs, and campaign management. * Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads. * Data Handling: Advanced Excel and basic Power BI. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and analyze reports on activities within the assigned brand’s marketing plan to evaluate performance and communicate results to stakeholders. * Coordinate with various departments to implement campaigns and brand-specific strategies. * Propose, monitor, and track the implementation of brand activities, ensuring proper execution. * Plan and execute campaigns across major digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn). * Evaluate and select the appropriate bidding strategy for each campaign and advertising objective. * Monitor campaign performance in real time and make adjustments to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives. * Identify segmentation opportunities and conduct A/B tests to assess the impact of different strategies. * Develop nurturing strategies using personalized and segmented content to guide leads through the sales funnel. * Identify insights and new opportunities through research. * Manage the customer database and execute CRM campaigns to expand the database and improve customer relationships. * And other duties as assigned. **WE SEEK THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES** * Organization and proactivity. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving skills.
