LA VICTORIA **Salary:** S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200 Payroll from day one \+ performance bonuses **REQUIREMENTS** * Studies in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience in digital marketing. * Campaign and social media management skills. * Analytical and results-oriented profile. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Lead generation and tracking. * Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). * Metric analysis (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS). * Report generation.
