




**Job Mission:** Lead and optimize digital media investments (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads), ensuring the generation of high-quality leads for InSalud's operations and its business units in Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, and Chile, maximizing return on investment and contributing to regional growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Design targeting and audience strategies that ensure qualified leads for various locations and business units. * Generate reporting and analyze KPIs: CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate. * Develop optimization proposals to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs. * Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing and Growth, designers, audiovisual producers) and external advertising agencies for campaign execution. * Supervise the correct implementation of UTMs, attribution, and lead traceability. * Prepare comparative reports by country and location, providing insights for management through Dashboards. * Stay updated on Paid Media trends and health marketing. **Requirements** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns, preferably in agencies or with multiple brands/regions. * Previous experience in the healthcare sector or specialized services is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Intermediate proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTMs. * Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization of large budgets (minimum monthly budget of S/ 100,000). * Intermediate English (desirable).
