Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the design and development of advertising materials, ensuring quality and compliance with established guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with Marketing and Design teams At Recreativos Fargo, we are looking for a **Graphic Designer**. **Objective** Support the design and development of advertising materials, adhering to guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards defined by the Marketing and Design department. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Graphic Design or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar). * Ability to work under deadlines and follow graphic guidelines. * Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Provide graphic design support for campaigns, promotions, and advertising materials. * Create graphic mock-ups according to specifications from the Marketing department. * Verify accuracy of information in designs (dates, addresses, names, promotions, etc.). * Prepare and adapt final artwork for print and digital media. * Coordinate with the Marketing and Design departments for revisions and approvals. * Maintain organized digital archives and backups of completed designs. * Support design tasks requested by other departments, subject to prior authorization. **Considerations** * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Mon-Fri 8:30am - 12:45pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 12:45pm. * Location: Pueblo Libre. * Benefits as per Peruvian labor law. * Full payroll registration. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
