Currently, we are looking for a Growth and Performance Analyst to lead the company’s digital growth strategies and contribute to achieving business objectives. **Requirements:** **\-** Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce. \- Availability to work in Miraflores, Lima \- Peru. \- Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. \- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEO, CRO, CRM, and marketing automation. (Mandatory). \- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. **Responsibilities:** \- Design and implement Growth Marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. \- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. \- Analyze and optimize the conversion funnel using A/B testing, CRO, and user experience improvements. \- Lead website, landing page, and e-commerce optimization to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. \- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and sales attributed to digital channels. ***Are you ready to take on this challenge and join our team?
