This is your opportunity to leverage your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Actively collaborate in the conceptualization and execution of creative projects—aligned with strong visual design knowledge and judgment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop rapidly deployable digital and printed graphic assets using design, editing, and artificial intelligence tools. * Adapt content across multiple digital formats and platforms, ensuring visual consistency and operational efficiency. * Execute layouts, photographic retouching, and graphic adjustments according to the agency’s quality standards. * Perform agile adjustments, improvements, and optimizations, responding efficiently to internal and client requirements. * Propose continuous improvements to assets, processes, and workflows by incorporating new tools, trends, and technologies applied to digital design. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Integrity and trustworthiness * Confidence in decision-making * Creativity and innovation **Requirements:** * Recent graduates in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Strong visual, graphic, and creative knowledge. * Ability to collaborate with other members of the creative team and with clients. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines. * Basic knowledge of the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. * Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic English language proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a graphic designer or in similar positions. * Bonus: Experience using AI-powered tools. **Benefits:** * Excellent working environment * Career development path * Free training programs * Opportunity to work with leading brands and expand the reach of your proposals. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. * Hybrid work arrangement. * EPS health insurance—company covers 25%. * Additional day-offs: We grant 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: Work only until 12:00 PM on your birthday—or whenever you choose to redeem it!
