




Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Manager to manage digital lead-generation campaigns, convert leads into real business opportunities, and optimize campaign performance. A real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, sales, and rentals is seeking a **Lead Manager**, responsible for managing digital lead-generation campaigns and converting generated leads into tangible business opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or candidate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. * Experience managing performance campaigns and optimizing results. * Experience using CRM systems as a daily work tool (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Clientify, ActiveCampaign, or similar). * Experience in commercial lead management and follow-up. * Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads. * Proficiency in digital metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions, etc.). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + monthly variable bonus based on conversion KPI achievement. * On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Work location: San Borja. * Benefits: MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, implement, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Manage campaigns targeting agent recruitment, property acquisition, and property sales or rentals. * Conduct A/B tests of ads, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign performance. * Monitor metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other performance indicators to continuously optimize campaigns. * Manage advertising budgets and conduct weekly investment tracking. * Ensure proper integration of leads from digital campaigns into the CRM. * Manage the complete lead nurturing cycle, guaranteeing response times under 5 minutes. * Qualify prospects, coordinate appointments, follow up, and confirm attendance of interested parties. * Verify lead information and promptly assign leads to the appropriate sales team. * Monitor the sales team’s adherence to response time requirements. * Prepare weekly reports on digital campaigns, lead conversion, and sales performance. * Collaborate with the Marketing department to continuously improve digital campaigns and strategies.
