What Are We Looking For? * Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). * Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut. * Basic knowledge of photography and video production for product content. * Interest in fashion trends and digital marketing. * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. Main Responsibilities: * Plan social media content. * Create and edit photographs, videos, and posts. * Manage the brand's social media accounts. * Coordinate and participate in photo shoots and content recording sessions. * Propose ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with fashion brands, retail, or e-commerce. * Basic knowledge of Meta or TikTok Ads advertising. Requirements: * Minimum education: Technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut. * Availability for on-site work. Work Mode: On-site. The role includes in-store content creation, photo shoots, and visits to sales points as needed. Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
