**Job Description** **General Purpose:**
To oversee and monitor warehouse administration and secondary distribution, ensuring accurate settlement, invoicing, and issue resolution within warehouse and distribution operations per company guidelines, thereby meeting agency performance indicators and maintaining a positive work environment. Additionally, to provide support and coverage for agency positions during national-level absenteeism periods.
**Qualifications** **Specific Objectives:**
* Cover agency position absences by supporting key operations within the process.
* Identify improvement opportunities in the processes of visited operations.
* Lead implementation and launch projects for new operations.
* Manage staff responsibilities during absenteeism periods.
* Provide support to critical areas or processes identified within operations.
**Additional Information** **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
* More than 1 year of experience in similar roles.
* SAP knowledge.
