Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Premium Advisor** * Business Line: Main Commercial Management * Unit: Premium Business * Contract Type: Permanent **Mission:** Contribute to the overall success of the Premium Business team at Profuturo AFP, ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or fulfilled in support of the team’s business strategies and goals. Guarantee that all activities are carried out in compliance with current internal rules, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Completed technical studies in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in the financial sector. * Advanced knowledge of intangible product sales, banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency. * Intermediate knowledge of current economic and political affairs; knowledge of the Private Pension System. * Compliance with current SBS regulations required to assume this position. **What challenges will you face?** * Carry out weekly work planning required to achieve commercial objectives. * Ensure handover of prospects from the respective segment (dependent workers with an average monthly salary exceeding S/. 10,000\). * Ensure execution of scheduled service visits—per the plan established by Management—for the assigned portfolio (every 4 months). * Timely and efficient completion of all tasks required to deliver on the value proposition. * Perform administrative duties related to transfers and affiliate visit records. * Uphold aspects related to corporate image (personal appearance, confidentiality, punctuality, and service). * Actively participate in events scheduled for clients within your assigned portfolio.
