Job Summary: We are seeking a junior architect with experience in residential design for a specific project requiring facade designs, renderings, and commercial floor plans for residential units. Key Highlights: 1. Project focused on residential design and commercial visualization 2. Generation of marketing-ready and commercially presentable materials 3. Creation of facade designs and detailed floor plans **PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** We are looking for a junior architect with experience in residential design to complete a specific, well-defined project with a commercial focus. **TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:** * **3 Facade Designs** for rural housing units * Varied and attractive styles * Professionally rendered outputs * Short walkthrough video of the entrance to the residence * Marketing-ready and commercially presentable materials * **Commercial Floor Plans** * Design of floor plans for residential units * Commercial format (level of detail and quality suitable for presentation/sales) * Includes: ground floor, upper floor, basic sections * Suitable for apartment marketing use **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in residential design and commercial visualization * Proficiency in design/CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar) * Experience in rendering and video editing (or ability to learn quickly) * Ability to deliver commercially viable work * Immediate availability (short-term project) * Portfolio or examples of previous work **COMPENSATION:** S/ 400.00 for the entire project **PROCESS:** * Brief initial briefing to clarify specifications * Partial deliveries for feedback * Final delivery including editable files Salary: S/.400.00 - S/.450.00 per month Work Location: Remote employment
