**The Role:**
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency in *due diligence* processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with established standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business needs and operational execution. Additionally, monitor workflow performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), lead automation initiatives, and provide periodic progress reports to support client and internal management decision-making.
**What Are Your Key Responsibilities?**
* Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
* Ensure proper workflow execution and timely delivery of outputs.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure correct execution of due diligence processes.
* Monitor team KPIs and track progress against established objectives.
* Analyze results and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive ongoing optimization.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining direct communication regarding project status, requirements, and follow-up actions.
* Report project status, risks, and outcomes to both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
* Prepare tracking reports, metrics, and documentation updates to support decision-making.
* Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
* Other related duties as assigned
**What Are We Looking For?**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing.
* Minimum two (02\) years of experience in Operations or related fields.
