Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented and sales-passionate Real Estate Advisor to lead the full sales cycle and deliver personalized advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a **Real Estate Advisor** who is results-driven, passionate about sales, and highly service-oriented to join our commercial team. Your primary mission will be to lead the full sales cycle, ensuring excellence in advisory services—from prospecting through to commercial closing and post-sale support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect clients, systematically follow up on assigned database, and record interactions in the CRM. * Provide personalized advisory services throughout the real estate purchase/sale or project process. * Schedule and conduct guided property visits with clients. * Negotiate and support the commercial process until sale closure. * Keep client and opportunity records updated in the system. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or University degree (currently enrolled, incomplete, or graduated) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * **Commercial Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in **field sales or direct customer service at sales booths/pilot locations**, within the real estate, banking, or high-ticket intangible sectors. * **Skills:** Strong commercial orientation, excellent verbal fluency, persuasion, and empathy. **Benefits:** * **Fixed salary:** PEN 2,500.00 on payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Attractive monthly bonus scheme**, based on goal achievement and performance results. * Ongoing training in the real estate sector and sales techniques. * Continuous mentoring and advertising support for *lead* generation.
