Marketing Manager (Full-Time) **Salary:** S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200 per month Job Description We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented **Marketing Manager** to lead the company's marketing strategies and possess skills in audiovisual production and graphic design to strengthen our brand presence. Main Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies. * Manage social media platforms and content calendars. * Create graphic assets for digital and print campaigns. * Produce and edit audiovisual content (photography and video). * Design advertising campaigns to acquire customers and strengthen the brand. * Coordinate marketing activities with various departments across the company. * Analyze metrics and prepare campaign performance reports. * Propose new ideas and strategies to enhance digital presence. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Experience in digital marketing and social media management. * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). * Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). * Creativity, organization, and ability to work collaboratively. * Excellent writing and communication skills.
