Responsibilities: \- Prospect and acquire new corporate and individual clients. \- Manage and retain the customer portfolio. \- Promote hotel and restaurant services, generating new business opportunities. \- Prepare and present commercial proposals. \- Track sales opportunities using CRM. \- Coordinate commercial visits and client meetings. \- Meet established sales targets and performance indicators. \- Provide personalized advisory and support throughout the entire sales process. Requirements: \- Technical or university degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Marketing, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel, tourism, or service sector. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media. \- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and goal orientation. \- Availability to work in Miraflores.
