Familiarity with BI tools is desirable. If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements. **What You Can Expect From Us:** * Opportunities to learn and grow daily through a wide range of programs. * Internal digital platforms that promote self-directed learning. * Leadership development programs aligned with leadership competencies. * Role-specific specialized training. * Learning experiences delivered by internal and external providers. * We love celebrating success—so we offer recognition programs for tenure, behaviors, leadership, life milestones, and more. * Financial wellness programs designed to help you achieve your goals at every life stage. * A flexibility program that enables you to balance your personal and professional life by adapting your work schedule to your lifestyle. * And because your family matters to us too, they also benefit from offerings such as our Wellness Line, thousands of partner discounts and agreements, scholarship programs for your children, and life-stage support programs, among others.
