Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Store Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations, excellent customer experience, and compliance with internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a results-oriented Store Supervisor whose primary objective is to ensure seamless operations from store opening to closing, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and guarantee adherence to internal processes. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily store operations (opening, closing, and operational continuity). * Ensure proper inventory management and stock rotation in-store. * Prevent stockouts and coordinate restocking with the warehouse. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product display. * Supervise store staff in following established procedures. * Monitor cash reconciliation and compliance with operational procedures. * Identify opportunities for improving store operations. * Optimize customer service times and customer flow. * Prepare operational (non-commercial) reports. * Report incidents and improvement opportunities to the Commercial Supervisor or Management. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Store Manager, or Store Administrator. * Experience leading teams. * Proven experience in **in-store inventory management and stock control**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with billing systems or ERP systems is desirable.
