We are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** with leadership ability, a results-oriented mindset, and skills to develop high-performing teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor the performance of 6 sales advisors. * Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. * Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Provide continuous coaching, training, and feedback to the team. * Supervise proper follow-up on potential customers and quotations. * Propose and implement sales growth-oriented strategies. * Prepare management reports, KPIs, and commercial results. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure appropriate customer service. * Other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising commercial teams. * Knowledge of commercial management metrics and sales techniques. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
