Job Summary: We are seeking a digital marketing and sales professional with expertise in Facebook Ads, results-oriented mindset, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and leadership skills for planning and coordination. * **Facebook Ads expertise**: campaign creation, management, audience segmentation, and optimization. * **Results- and sales-oriented approach**: focus on conversion, lead generation, and revenue growth. * **Analytics and KPI knowledge**: use of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and ROAS tracking. * **Commercial management and negotiation**: experience in designing proposals and closing sales. * **Organization and leadership**: campaign planning, team coordination, and budget management. * **Creativity, communication, and adaptability**: innovative proposals, teamwork, and quick response to changes. * **Proven experience**: minimum 2\-3 years in digital marketing and sales; education in Marketing or related fields. **Work location**: Av.
