Data analysis for decision-making and continuous improvement **Job Description** As a Digital Trafficker, you will be responsible for the daily planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various advertising platforms. You will coordinate campaign launches, configure audience targeting and budgets, and monitor performance to ensure marketing objectives are met. You will review performance reports, propose continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with communication and content teams to align messaging and creative assets. You will maintain strict control over ad traffic, manage technical issues with advertising platforms, and ensure proper implementation of tracking tags and pixels. **Requirements** * **Experience in subscription-based companies targeting the Peruvian public (young adults).** * Strong analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and make decisions based on digital campaign metrics. * Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and to present results clearly. * Experience in campaigns and campaign management, including setup, tracking, and optimization. * Knowledge of advertising operations, ad inventory management, and use of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Education in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields; advanced spreadsheet proficiency; time management; and attention to detail. * Prior experience in similar roles, certifications in online advertising tools, and basic web analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics or others) will be valued.
